Great to see everyone this morning. Arbuckle's was warm and friendly as ever, with Dacs and the effervescent Mrs Dacs. Grumpy arrived on his Monster and Nathan also came on his bike after breakfast and joined us for the run to Ramsey, where we met Utopia. So 5 bikes and 3 Monsters..
Even though it was the best day for several weeks for riding, it was still far short of ideal! There was some pale Tarmac to be seen, but also a lot of dark brown stuff. Wet or filthy is one thing but both together are not great and we were all slipping about a bit now and then! It almost tried to get warm, but I was cold at the end of my 170 miles.. But hey, it didn't rain on me.
