I have used both my M750 and S4 for long touring , throw overs work well with a magentic tank bag ,,seats I have a detachable gel pad for long runs ,,,,headlights are not great for high beam even with LED,, or upgraded lenses or HID ,,,as i get older footpegs are too high ..
