I'm really sorry mine aren't for sale, but be aware you'll need a set of spacers like below to use them with 'Coffin' type master cylinders.
They come from a company in the States, I'd have to look up the name later.
They are NOT fitted in the above image and allow the master cylinders to be moved 'in' much more.
They give the bike a nice profile, and I find them comfortable.
