Glad you're enjoying your Evo, fretless. Looks like you've carried out all the right mods and now you're reaping the benefits.
Concerning the moisture problems you had with your redundant lambda connectors, I had been using silicon grease but recently decided to do the job properly and make up some blanking plugs as the parts are so cheap (only about £10 including p&p).

They may be better than what you're using at the moment.
The connectors have mounting brackets moulded onto the body but you can just cut them off if you don't want them. (You don't actually see them when they're on the bike.)
