.... another batch of progress today.
Welding jigs now doubling up as drill guide so I can notch out the M900 tube inste4rsection, ready to take the L/H Rocker Boss for the S4R Rocker Arm.
Pilot hole right the way through first, followed up by holesaw - apprehensive afternoon, especially after a 3 week build up to actually making the cut. All went well, no issues.
Jigs re-assembled in welding locations and the S4R rocker assembly lines up perfectly.
Now have to work on the L/H boss, followed by some additional supporting tubes and webs.
