I have agreed value on a 'custom' multibike policy with Carole Nash, it's a custom policy because of (fairly extensive) modifications on both my Ducatis and I added an (almost) original Guzzi to it last year.
The policy started out quite cheap but over the last 2-3 years has gone up considerably (as do all insurers unless you keep changing) although, to be fair to CN, adding an agreed value made little or no difference.
At least if the worst happened I shouldn't have to argue with them over how much the market value of my bike is and all declared modifications are covered.
