UKMOC Christmas Sunday Lunch Menu
1pm 8th December 2013

Starters

Chef’s own Chicken Liver Pâté served with Onion Marmalade & Warm Toast.
Chilled Prawns with a Marie Rose Sauce on a bed of Lettuce ©.
Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup with a Warm Half Baguette (V).

Main Courses

Roast Wiltshire Turkey with Sage & Onion Stuffing with Chipolata wrapped in Bacon.
Roast Topside of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding.
All the above lunches are served with Roast Potatoes and a selection of Seasonal Vegetables. Gluten-free gravy is also available.
Grilled Salmon with a Hollandaise Sauce ©.

Desserts

Apple & Mincemeat Crumble with Custard.
Traditional Christmas Pudding and Brandy Sauce.
Chocolate Orange Cheesecake.
Raspberry Pavlova.
Selection of Biscuits with English Cheddar, Stilton, Somerset Brie, Grapes and Celery.
