Or at the least get hit with points + a hefty fine for invalid insurance and licence. A restricted licence is exactly that - one that limits you to 33bhp for two years. The second you take a bike with more than 33bhp on the road you are riding illegally. It's also worth remembering that if you amass 6 points on your licence for offences committed within the first two years from the date you passed your driving test, the DVLA will revoke your licence.
