I believe under new government proposals that are in the pipeline, there will be a lot more speed awareness courses offered (at great expense) than points dished out in the future. I think the idea is to get even more money in this way than banning people under the totting up procedure. make of it what you will. If I can get hold if the paper I'll post it.
