In Switzerland there is a highway sticker for about £20 for the year, but most bikes dont bother, but cars do get spot checked alot especially at the borders.

About the trip...
I've got friends that live in Annecy so I'm planning on entering Switzerland from France, and cut through from west to east, via as many of the best recommend passes, tunnels and roads as possible. I'd like to hit the Black Forest on the way home, so any routes through that part of Germany would be appreciated too.
What's it like for travel inns and B&B's down there?
