can anyone recommend any decent replacement mirrors? I 'm fed up with the big round ones. there are some ducati replacement ones at about £30 each but they don't look like they have any adjustment on them ....... others that are dearer too.

Motrax Bar End Mirrors are pretty good for £30 - you can see past your elbows!!

I have a pair of Motrax bar ends like Pedro suggests, great visibility.

I recommend that you silicone the glass into place (as recommended by someone else on here) before fitting them though coz the vibrations of your Monnie may well shake them loose otherwise (and you can't get replacement glass).

I lost one exactly that way but got around that by buying and cannibalising the mirror from a pushbike bar end mirror from Halfords with the same 3" diameter glass.

I am also after some mirrors, but i am looking for some F1 types (rectangular) with integrated indicators. I cannot find this anwhere. does anyone know of a place, or am i going to have to make them myself ?

I'm really pleased with my CRG mirrors.

http://www.constructorsrg.com/page9.html

They are minimal, superbly made and fold in which is the only way I can easily ride through my back gate.
The only downside is the cost £50 ea - but then I save half by only using one on a bike!

There is a U.K. importer - if anyone is interested I'll try and find the contact details.

Paul.

Errr, Paul, I had to say it but the CRG mirros are the same as Motrax Mini Bar End Mirrors which you can buy for £30 for a pair!!

Motrax list them in either black or silver. Here's the link & price info.

Thanks by the way, would've credited you for it (honest - yeah right I hear you say, an honest lawyer now there's an oxymoron!) but couldn't remember whose post it was. :D

They do look similar and that's a good price if they are as well made but I specifically wanted the folding mechanism to avoid the daily grind (!) of going through a tight space.
