Lost Immobilizer Card

I have lost the card with the number. Asked the dealer and told me there is no way Ducati can send a new one. But I don't really trust the guy. Do you know how I can recover the Code?

The dealer who sold it to you, may have a photocopy of the original card, as that's what CMW do, incase that happens...

If not, the same dealer should be able to get you an original one.. so contact dealer where bike originally came from, shouldn't be a problem...

The dealer says that Ducati does not provide a duplicate Code Card and that I should change all keys and locks!!!!!!!! That doesn't make any sense to me. I will try to contact Ducati centrally myself. In the mean time, do you know someone who had a duplicate Cord Card provided and how?
