Are pipes interchangeable between 900SS and 900 Monster?

Are pipes interchangeable between 900SS and 900 Monster? Anyone tried this or is it too much work? Just noticed there are a lot of secondhand racecans knocking around for 900ss's at knockdown prices

Well, it's the same engine..... so yes. Also all Monster (600/750/900) are interchangeable, so it seems.

hmmmm where they mount is diff tho? but they should slip over fine.

SS Cans have longer link pipes but the headers appear to be the same. You'd have to loose the passenger foopegs and hangers so rearsets would probably also be needed.

Oh what killjoys these two doom-mongers are. Get some A-Team tape and cable ties, and anything is possible...
