Has anyone attempted this? is it even feasible possible. I found one on EBAY and I am considering buying it. I miss having a rev counter :)

Don't think this will work so you'd be better spending your money at Spareshack or similar who stock aftermarket one.

i doubt it will work, as the m900 95 will be carburated, not injected.
the S4 is injected i believe, which means an all electronic read out of the rpm.. but i may be wrong.

I agree with Ped. To get it to work you would need loads of other bits and pieces that would cost an arm and a leg. For example I believe the speedo on your bike is mechanically driven from the front wheel. The S4's is electrically driven from a sensor mounted on a plate near the rear disc. I'm sure there would be loads of other "gotchas" as well. As Ped says you would be better off buying something designed for the purpose from Spareshack.
