Die Spark Plug Die

The spark plug on the front horizontal cylinder seems very prone to dying. Anybody else noticed this?

I used to get this on my 600 in really wet conditions only - must've been poor insulation. Never happens on the 900 though.

I got it occasionally on my front , replaced the caps for the burgundy ngk 45 degree ones, look work better, screw on in seconds and only cost 3 quid each.
