Is the front screen held on by just two bolts ?

Mines held on in 4 places on my 900ie. Two L brackets bolted to the front of the top yoke, and its also gripped against the inside of the headlamp brackets by the nuts holding the indicators.

Yeah Gary, it's the same on the S4, two 8mm bolts (to the brackets on the yoke) and as you say, the fairing is held onto the headlamp brackets by rubber gromet wotsits, where the front indicators are fixed. :o :o :o
