Just type in your postcode - either of home or your proposed destination & there will be a forecast. Or use the regional sections at the top for a more broad range forecast.
NB: do check for updates tho - as it is updated regularly & what could be wet when you log in - could easily change to sun. UK weather at its best.... ;)

If you use Mozilla Firefox as your web browser rather than Internet Explorer, you can use a weather plug in. This plug in sits in the toolbar and displays the weather for current and as many days forward as you set, anywhere in the world.
Its very good indeed.

Sounds interesting, where can I get hold of this plugin?

firefox.com better than ie in that you won't be targeted by as many browser hijacks.

Firefox is a free download here

Its not so full of holes as IE and less open to browser hijack, pop ups and tracking cookies.

If you install then go to extensions and themes you can customise the browser and add plug ins. I like their download manager and weather plug ins but theres loads of stuff there.

If anyone is suffering from pop ups and browser hijacks try not looking at pornography for days on end.

Thanks Duncan. I have been using Firefox for several months, but wasn't aware of what 'extensions' were. I've now got the weather gizmo, it's excellent.......
