Crash bungs

Could someone that has crash bungs measure me a set please.
A guy I know makes them but has not got the pattern for the Monster.
Also it would be handy to know the size of the bolt that goes through the engine.
Even the size of the standard bolt would help as he can just add the extra mm to it.
