Stripped my clutch down for a clean up for the first time over the weekend.
It seems to me there's very little friction material on the plates, about 0.2 - 0.3mm thick. Is this normal, or are they wearing out?
The bike's done just over 12,000 miles, how long do the clutches tend to last before a new set of plates are required?
Finally, when reassembling i noticed that each steel plate has a small semicircle taken out of the edge, does it matter how they are alligned on reassembly?
