As most will have seen, I fitted some Motrax Bar End mirrors the other day. What was not so clever, and not noticed at the time, was that several of the bolts holding them together were loose.
After about half an hour on the Monny, they'd rattled loose and started to crack the glass. Fortunately, I had allen keys and could tighten them up.
Well, this ticked me off so I wrote to Motrax asking for their views and today received their reply. Big thanks to Jenny at Motrax for being soooo helpful and arranging for new glass to be sent. They have also pulled their stock to check them and have instructed the factory to thread lock them during assembly.
I'm a happy bunny again and have got to say I'm impressed with Motrax's customer service.
