Yes I had a rather lengthy email from the ACU yesterday accompanied by a fifteen page ‘walk through’ pdf document.

Even with their reduced price from £330+VAT to £240+VAT I think there will be a lot less UK entries into events such as Chimay and Gedinne when things get moving again, which is a real shame as they’re like the TT and Classic TT but with better beer and nicer food. Oh and better roads to ride on down there. :D

The Kreidler that comes through here first is luuuurrrrvey!!

Or for those that like it a bit more modern:

That is a depressing read.
Particularly since I borrowed an old van and drove myself and 'trackday virgin' Funkatronic to Spa in 2010, resulting in his decade long trackday addiction. My first trip to Spa.

At least I've got to experience Spa, Cartagena, Valencia, Aragon, Metet, Mores, Misano and the Nordschleife, as well as a couple of parade laps of Paul Ricard, and spannered for others at Jerez and Assen. Looks as though that may be the end of it :-(

You could always consider a continental base to keep the track bikes?

... or as Funkatronic did (AFAIK), move to Barcelona in 2016

My application is already in Vienna ;-)
I suspect it doesn't change the situation for a UK registered track bike (not MOT's or insured) crossing the channel in a UK registered van though
