Horse and Barge, Harefield, on the Grand Union Canal. 15 mins from Ruislip Daytona, unless they just 'serviced' it in which case it's as long as the recovery truck takes to arrive and drop you off.
Great food, loadsa 'water pikeys' and bikes on Sundays and Thursdays, if I remember. Sadly I no longer live in Harefield and I miss it like hell. Bloody hate central London...

Wednesday night at the Artichoke pub in Croxley Green, Herts. It replaced the big Wednesday night meet at the Cricketers pub in Sarratt.

http://www.streetmap.co.uk/streetmap.dll?G2M?X=506941&Y=195525&A=Y&Z=1

Now the evenings are getting lighter it will start to get quite busy, the pub staff are friendly, there's mimimal police presence and they have a BBQ!

The White Swan just off the A47 at Gt Yarmouth.
Every Friday night all through the summer months (or summer week). The place is mobbed every Friay with every bike you can think of. Get a couple of hundred turn up on a hot night.
The pub owners put on a bar-b-q and local dealers bring down the new releases. It was the first place i saw the 999 and the Triumph Rocket.
Worth a visit to the sea side on a hot summers night, Perhaps.

posted on behalf of t'other arf...:-

As of this Wednesday, there shall be a gathering at:-

Butchers Arms
Chorley Old Road
Bolton

On a Wednesday evening, as of 8pm onwards, and you are cordially invited to come along for a meet-up and a natter. Off-road parking available in the car-park next-door.

Jeanette and Buck of the Scavengers MCC have recently taken on the pub, and shall shortly be hosting rock nights and bands. The club are also moving to this new venue.

They are a friendly couple and deserving of your custom, we would like to make this a popular and much-needed biker haunt in Bolton.

Thankyou for your time,

Mort (Scavengers MCC)

There doesn't seem to be any decent local pubs that bikes meet at apart from the 3 horseshoes. Any ideas for East Anglia anyone???

There is one on the Aylsham Road, can't remember what it's called. There's only about 10 names for pubs in the UK anyway isn't there? The Fox and Hounds, The Kings Head, etc etc. But it's where they host the Norwich Bike Show every year, I went once, well, actually I rode past which doesn't sound good.

Anyway, there is a pub for the taking for this sort of thing. Phil Goodes in Swardeston. He's happy for us to show up, he'll do us special menus, he'll show the racing on a big telly even. He offered this a few months back to the UKMOC so maybe it's time we took him up on it?
