Yes. But get it setup properly with a dyno and dynojet kit, and someone who knows what they are doing...

oh goodnes heavens yes, you must get it set up properly, preferably by a grown up...

:) Mine came with one so I can't reeelly compare but they make sense If you have race cans -need more air innit- carbed monsters are set rich -allegedly, from what ive heard etc...- so some more air shouldnt do anyharm. The jet kit is a wee bag of replacement needles and springs for your carbs, they can be a fiddle to do for the less technical (like me, again mine came with one so...)
