I like the way you can adjust what I assume is the front suspension as you ride!

Tough crowd! :o
I just like things that are a bit different.
Good on em for not just doing a generic scooter design.
It’s good to see whats out there :look:

I'm sure they used to make a 2 stroke twin cylinder version a few years back.

I’m not sure the original 180cc two stroke was a twin cylinder but it was pretty mental in both performance and styling.

When I was racing I did a couple of ‘Open Pit’ track days at Mallory Park and quite often the scooter racers were there and seeing them flick through Edwinas and round the Hairpin was always entertaining, especially if mixing it up with one or two of the BSB boys at the same time.

Unfortunately I think with the tightening of emissions etc. the new four stroke incarnation may be somewhat stifled in comparison with the original though.

Pretty sure Dave Woods had one of those, fully race tuned.... mental to ride, an absolute hoot

Has some similarity to the Gilera ICE my lad had at 16.

Reverse squinting required for that one, to tell that it's not actually a real Monster.
Definitely the mount for an aspiring Monster rider.

I’d have thought ‘theft of intelectual property’ was nearer the mark

Yep Chinese companies don’t recognise international patents or copyrighted material hence so many vehicle clones.

Although it may change in the future since a joint court case taken out by Land Rover and Ford was won against Jiangling Motor Corporation (JMC) who make the Evoque copy Landwing X7.

Whether anything actually gets done about it or if they simply carry on as they have done remains to be seen but there are noises being made by Porsche that they will be doing something similar against another Chinese motor manufacturer.

Really neat, the original 180 a lovely bike to ride and really quick off the mark. Guess its a four stroke though. Italian styling throughout.
