Hi Everyone, Back on a monster after a long break. Owned a 900 in 96 and loved it. But many years later ( this August ) an old mate showed me an old photo of me and my young son stood by the Duke. Juices started, ebay and auto trader searched . I picked a fairly cheap 94 600 with low mileage and lots of history. The only real issue being fork seals weeping. Used it for a few weeks and decided to change them. The speedo drive was jammed on and broke taking it off, the old rubber brake pipe was almost worn through and the pads had been contaminated with fork oil. Apart for the speedo drive its a worthwhile strip down and a perfect time for a braided hose and new pads. Anyone out there with an original still on beware. Graham

Well its almost back together, as soon as the speedo drive arrives it will be back on with the wheel and bleed the brake. The seals were a doddle but the Pyramid stuff which came with the bike, don't seem up to much. The dust seals just drop out, a few strips of ptfe tape seems to have cured it for the moment. If they drop out with use I might try grip glue. Graham
