Morning. I'm sure I can make it,
I was going to suggest a place down near us Alan, by chance if you were free, and there's a hot rod/car meet thing going on, very adhoc and just people meeting up in a car park, though not dogging related. Hazzard Car group on FB.

The meeting place is near Smeeth, TN25 6SX, at a pub called the Dog House.
And the Blue and White Café, Hythe Road, TN25 6SP does a very good breakfast for before that.

I understand it's the wrong direction for the others. But if the guys are free for meeting then happy to go Micky's.

Hi Colin, the one on the 2nd is at Burwash and the one on the 9th is at Horsmonden.

If you fancy doing a try out day I could arrange a Saturday, my club has several bikes and its a good way to have a go !

I'm free but I discovered another screw in my rear tyre a while back, I've plugged it with a roadside repair type plug but as it is my second puncture on the same side of the tyre and as there could be two lots of belt damage on the same side of the tyre I'm getting it replaced but not before this weekend.
So far it has held air but I've not ridden it since I plugged it. If I feel lucky enough I won't end up with a leak and a flat I may be along.

10 years on the 696 with no punctures and now two in a couple of months on the new 1200S.

Really great to catch up with everyone this morning, especially El Presidente Rob, who despite all his injuries, was on great form (and well done Thulli for scooping him up and chauffeuring him down). A very big thank you to the whole of the Johnston-Photis family for hosting, catering and entertaining us all with cute baby smiles and dog toys! Also, massive thanks to J.J.P for the tyres and to Albie and Caroline for bringing them back for me. And Alan C for just being Alan C! Until the next time guys.

Prodigal

Spending money or using resources freely and recklessly; wastefully extravagant

a person who leaves home to lead a prodigal life but later makes a repentant return.

The word could almost have been created specifically for me in both meanings :mand: Looking forward to seeing everyone next month.

Yeah, and Alan's bike was looking very nice Stevo.
We said he'd be willing to let you buy it back and we came up with what we though was a very 'reasonable' price... :)

Haha. Did the reasonable price setting process involve adding a zero on the end? :eyepopping: I did in fact spend last night on autotrader... Oh dear. Staying away from eBay for obvious reasons though.

I thought very reasonable ?

And it did involve taking Steve for a drink before logging onto Ebay :spin:

He’s still got the 749R, troublesome but the very definition of ‘a keeper’
