It doesn't seem like 5 minutes since the last meet up!

January's meet will fall on the 13th. Lets go to the other end of the County from Arbuckle's and try Poppylands at Horsey as recommended by Emzedder.
Waxham Road, Horsey, Great Yarmouth NR29 4EQ.

This is rather far flung for most and would make a better Summer meeting place, being on a smashing Norfolk switchback B-road, but let's try it in Winter anyway!

Poppylands, Horsey. 10am Sunday 13th January.

Will try and get to this one, hopefully weather will be good enough to get the bike out this time.

I look forward to catching up Nathan.
It's looking a bit fresh on Sunday But I'll get the bike out too if it's bearable.

Sunday looks the better day, going to see if a mate is up for it too, he's got a red bull monster he won from an mcn competition many years ago.

Emzedder is hoping to pop in too and a mate of mine from the Norton club.. Should be a good meet.

Not sure if he will make this one, but he is keen to come to one so you'll get to see it :)

Well just the two of us this morning. Kingfisher and I.

Poppylands is an unusual venue, both in location and theme, but it ticks the boxes.
Nice breakfast and not pricey.

It was a blusterous day to be sure. Head to wind there was a 100mph type of roar in my helmet, with the speedo at 60. With temperatures nudging double figures and mostly dry roads, we had a great ride across Norfolk along about 40 miles or so of classic twisties… Not what you'd expect in January at all.... Nice.

Breakfast was good, roads where great :) thanks for showing me some great roads. I managed to get across the a47 ok and a lil air on the bridge. See you at the next one.

Yeah! That bridge is good for flattening your loose change!.. :chuckle:

Where to in February? Any suggestions… Anyone?

I dunno where to go, don't think we'll be so lucky to go on the bikes next time though.

Yeah.. Good call Grumpy.
I'm more familiar with the other café at the top of the hill near the lighthouse.. The Police have taken me there twice, Kingfisher actually mentioned it last time we met.

So the Old Boathouse Café, Old Hunstanton it is. Feb 10th.
