after a short-lived disaster in the summer... I've picked up another 620ie just yesterday :)

enjoyed the ride home from somerset in the rain... so we'll see how we get on with this one.

got a cheaper, lower expectations, well used, higher mileage example this time rather than a mechanically **** garage queen like last time.

GPR exhausts are very very loud. may sell them shortly :flag:

Looks pretty, but I'd be looking to dye the belt covers black if it were mine.

Yeah not a bad shout... I'll probably paint them dark grey to match the engine casings...

Just to fill in the detail ...
When Darkness said "DYE" the covers, he meant that literally.
They respond really well to treatment with fabric dye.
There's a thread in the archive somewhere (from 5 or 6 yrs ago at a guess).
Or search the net.

Wow, just followed the link, thanks for re-posting Darkness, looks effective.Did you ever get to know how they stood the test of time ?
