If you just want to stop soft panniers swinging inwards you could put a strap between the passenger pegs, over the seat.

Not a bad shout, I'd like some hard cases if I can get hold of some but not the end of the world obviously for a week or so per year.

Yeah some look like they bolt up under the light and others look like they bolt to the chopped off bit.

Can't be too hard to sort.
