Originally fitted to my 695 by the previous owner, made by Utopia, they've been sat in a bag for a few years as I had my ex take them off the bike for me, I didn't like how they looked/felt on the bike.

Winter is coming, so if you think they'll work for you, pm me and for the price of postage they're yours.

Here's a thread with more information

I might be wrong, but I think Utopia's hand guards only fit Monsters with "coffin" reservoirs.
He will be along soon to explain, if that is the case.

Yes, that is the case .. they only fit with coffin reservoirs.
In fact, I believe this pair needed a tweek to fit the 695 reservoirs, as I think they're a slightly different shape.
I'd post a pic but photobucket has scuppered them .. for now at least.

Although I designed them to be quickly detachable, I leave mine fitted all year round now.

Sadly Jez900ie didn't have the correct handlebars arrangement for the handguards, so still available.

Will fit early shape monster with coffin cylinders, price is postage only. Ta. Otherwise they're going in the recycling.

A photo' or two may help peoples know what they look like?

And that's the tricky part, I don't have a pic of them fitted, which would be more valuable context wise, to be honest the couple of quid postage am asking is a fair punt considering what Utopia probably charged in the first place.

My priority is clearing space, not making cash, hence stating if somebody wants them, it'll be a few quid postage, otherwise they'll go in the recycling bin, as am not looking to trouser a wedge of cash here.

So. To be clear, a pair of handguards that fit early shape monster with coffin style cylinders. Yours for the price of postage or tbey get binned.

Cheers Slob, thanks for posting the original thread about them. So there you have all the details about the fitment, the pics and the original price, £95.

So take them off my hands for the price of postage, you know you want to

Excellent .. I'm glad they've found a new home.
If they hadn't, I would have had them back myself tbh.

Let me know if you have any issues, bits missing etc, Steve.
I still have a few bits and pieces knocking around.

Just checking ... are you familiar with how they fit ?
Its pretty straightforward really but are you aware of the third fixing via a small cable tie around the master cyl outlet spigot and the little hook moulded into the guards.
I wondering if this fixing might be overlooked in a "pre-owned" pair.

Thanks for the heads up Utopia. I had a look at the pics from your original thread so could see the cable tie fixing. All sorted and I think they look pretty subtle so very happy.
