I have a noise, similar to the noise made when you rub a wet finger around the rim of a wine glass.
It's a faint noise between 35-40mph....
The noise is much louder below 10mph and gets increasingly loud as I slow. Brake applied or not. But does stop under very hard braking.
Gets worse and the brakes warm.

Any suggestions??

you could try gently chamfering the leading (rear when installed) edge of the pads. a very square edge can 'ring' as it brushes the disc. Be very carefull not to inhale any brake dust!

Yea, I'd do what Slob says, whip the pads out, rough them up etc and give everything a good clean while you're at it, calipers, clips pins etc maybe a smear of copper grease on the back of the pads too.
