I tried the Brento pads from wemoto and now use them on most everything.
Soft enough not to eat the disks away, nice progressive feel, I've not managed to overheat them or get any temperature related lag or fade.
Well worth a go and as they are very low cost you can always toss them and go to a 'mainstream' pad if you don't like the feel. As your talking a back brake then you can really use almost anything for road use!!
