One of the best looking imo i've seen.
A Zard system.

That's about £2500 for the titanium system, add another £2k for the ceramic coated version...

Nah... I couldn't... she'd kill me a second time....

... besides, they have made the front loop even more obtrusive, with the extra height.

I imagine its a bigger diameter pipe. I've seen some Panigales with huge pipe work. Like 3" or maybe more, drain pipe size.

The R already has bigger headers than the 1200/1200S, 58mm!

That looks pretty baddass, if you've a 1200R it'd be rude not too and being Ti it will weigh next to nothing. I wouldn't bother with the ceramic coating though that's overkill. If they did one that's hi-level and under the seat 916/1098 style that would be cool too.

I wouldn't worry about Mrs Sir Steve, she can't kill you twice surely? :)

Must be me then, I think it looks rubbish, too garish for my tastes.

The end cans are a bit Diavelish though and would look better like Termi round shape and in carbon. Maybe a bit garish in that photo but when used a bit it will tarnish and the pipes will turn that nice blue/purple colour.

They are mentally light too. I weighed the whole Ti system off my 748 and and it was lighter than one standard end can! You can balance the whole thing with a couple of fingers, its feels lighter than if it were plastic!

I'm not a fan of the cans either.

I think if I was into weight saving then clearly Ti may be an option ... however, as me Maggsy and Pedro were musing the other day over the not so healthy brekkie at The Haven... if it came down to spending £2k or cutting out the pies methinks giving up the pies may be best option. TBH, I do prefer the SC carbon can I have over the look of these

Indeed Steve, I could save a lot of kilos if I didn't drink so much beer and had a good clear out before each ride ;)

Whens the next haven brekkie, I have been busy every time so far this year. Managed my second rideout today, out to Andover and back via Newbury.

Hi Mark. Check out the Hants/Wilts section for the official ones. Every so often I get out for a meet with Pedro over Marlborough way, he is of course solely to blame for the 1200R purchase (Sorry Miss, the big boys made me do it..)... if you fancy meet up in either Newbury or Andover or for a trio of 1200R's in Marlborough just pm me.

Ps. I live Newbury and my lads in Andover so know that road via Hurstbourne Tarrant quite well :)
