Quite a few people have done the opposite swap (i.e. raising the bars). The most recent one I can recall was strumbuddy. Have a look at this thread http://www.ukmonster.co.uk/monster/showthread.php?p=532030 where you can see the difference in height.

Maybe try PMing strumbuddy to see if he'd sell you his 1100S risers.

You can also get aftermarket ones think racetech, rizoma, ducabike and cnc racing all do them as well as desmoworld.
