Only ever had 125lc's myself but did get as far as an RGV 250 with two strokes and that was great fun

Then you would love a 500 Gamma!

Yes but not the curent prices!

Also had a full power Aprilia RS125 which was great fun - once I've got the 900 built my next project might have to be a small two stroke. ..

Love my two strokes- had loads over the years from various field bikes when I was at school. My first legal bike on the road- a Suzuki TS50ER, through to GP125, a couple of X7's, a RD250DX, Yammy 350YPVS but sadly only two in the garage now, a 1978 Vespa P200E and a 1960's Ducati outboard motor

Here's the RD500 I owned in 1989 and sold in '91 for £2400. It was up for sale last year, still immaculate and unrestored for £10k- for a while I was tempted but along with the girl who rode an RG500 I hung around with at the time thought it best to leave memories be.

Buy the bike and give her a call! You only live once.

Don't let the missus know though: especially about the bike......
