Seat Cover Options

The seat on my M600 has had too much sun exposure and needs replaced.

As I see it, I have 3 options.

Replacement 2nd hand seat

Professional recovering

Buying a new cover and doing myself

I'm becoming drawn to the latter but the only experience I have was a cheap cover on my GP100 back in the 80s.

Has anyone here used any of the covers currently available on Ebay and such?

Any recommended products?

Have you tried your local upholstery place?

Either get them to do it or take your Ebay cover to them so you get a professional finish.

Think a complete cover fitted was just over £100 iirc

I have a new one that I've had for ages.
As you see it's not quite a match for original as the pattern is a bit finer on the bum patch and the rest has a leather like grain.
You can have it for £15 posted if want to have a go.
