1100 Evo Oil Recommendation

What oil viscosity do people recommend for a 1100 evo?

Running 10/40 presently 'cos I was told that was what Ducati recommended but I felt sure the last time it was in a Ducati shop 15/50 was used!

Moto Rapido use and recommend Motul 7100 100% synthetic 10w/40, which is what I've got in my 1100 Evo.

This is what was before my engine rebuild. The guy who rebuilt it asked me which oil I wanted, 15/50 or 10/40 so went for that. More expensive but has it was Ducati recomended.....
