Has anyone spent any time playing with the adjustment settings on their 1200S? Forks felt a bit harsh when I was out last night. Manual states 12 of 25 for a sort of standard setting, but it isn't clear which way to turn the adjuster for more or less damping. Anyone know?

I'll be carrying an Allen key with me for future rides, and tweak as I go!

cheers,

N

Hi Nik... wind 'em all the way out (count the clicks for reference), bounce bike, wind 'em all the way in and bounce again. It should be pretty obvious which is which. Usually out for soft, in for hard IIRC.

Valving clicks/turns are generally counted out from fully closed, closed is normally fully clockwise and is the most damped setting.

Very true; sometimes I'm a bit too simple for my own good!!

Thank you, that's really appreciated.
