I have removed my scottoiler, which used to sit behind the RH sidepanel.
I tried some carbon sidepanels years ago but they were slightly smaller than std and left insufficient room for the scottoiler reservoir behind them, so I flogged them on the forum.
The level of carbon on the bike has crept up since then and the std plastic panels are now looking a little out of place.
So, two questions...
Does anyone have any used ones available ?
Or, can anyone comment on the quality of carbon from these guys ?....

Their ads for other items claim pre-preg, Kevlar reinforced, vacuum bagged, autoclaved and finished in uv resistant lacquer.
Sounds decent to me, but the proof of the pudding ........

I would rate Limberger as one of the best: http://www.performanceparts-ltd.com/road/ducati/232_monster-750/1999/categories/carbon-parts/ilmberger-carbon-parts/SEO-001-9MOLI-K

Thanks, but those look a bit pricey for me.
I'm not too bothered about so called "good quality" carbon in this instance ... its only a cosmetic part with no particular need for either strength or lightness.
And I will quite probably treat them to a blow over with U-Pol uv-resistant lacquer before fitting anyway, just to be on the safe side (and possibly to seal any model stickers etc if I decide to use any).

So ... I've nabbed some off ebay.
Brand new, £65 delivered, from an unverified source in Hungary ... but 100% positive feedback and the pics look good.
We shall see.
These ....
