After several weeks of searching for the right bike, I finally bought my Monster S4 Senna today. The seller was amazingly understanding with my small budget and I've come away with a bike that needs a bit of work but I'm delighted with. Fingers crossed it will eventually turn out to be a great deal but no doubt I'll be looking for a bit of help and advice from you guys and gals in the coming months.

I've previously owned a beautiful M registered 900ss which I loved to bits but which children and financial pressures forced me to sell. I've owned plenty of other bikes in the past but the Ducati was the love of my life. The new me, older and wanting a slightly more comfortable riding position, decided the Monster was for me, nothing else came close to entering my thoughts. The S4 Senna fitted the bill perfectly for its amazing looks, 916 heritage and enough power to keep me very happy :)

Thank you to everyone on this forum for all the information already given on these pages and I hope that I can add my tuppence-worth along the way to help repay the debt already owed.

Thanks

Albie

I went over to see the bike with the intention of buying as I thought I fancied a liquid cooled Monster to go with my air cooled M900 ie, but after some consideration came to the conclusion I much prefer the air cooled bikes. It was a good deal but just not the bike for me, hope you enjoy it. :)
