The wrong Monster?

Saw this for sale on eBay
But I thought they stopped making 620ie Monsters in 2006 and the latest ones had a red frame or smaller brake discs with black callipers.
Something looks a bit wrong to me.
Does anyone know the bike?

Could be a late registered early model perhaps?

It looks like it was an import. Brand new 2008.
Does anyone think this would be a problem?
I am looking for a good, clean old style Monster but I am worried this is a bit overpriced if it is imported.
