It's missing the eccentric for the shorter end.

Largely worthless without the other bits unless you've already got a scuffed one that needs a nicer rocker.

Yea, I saw that the eccentrics were missing, I guess why the low start price I was assuming it might be possible for someone with the skills to make some.

As the Monster shares many suspension components with the 851/888 is it too much to hope this would fit my 93 Monster? It may be overpriced but it does say make an offer...

Yes, I think it should fit all monsters with the hoop suspension.
