New tyres are needed, I want to do a track day or two, and very rarely ride in the rain, unless caught out.

I have the Pirelli Diablo Corsa II's on at the moment, not the most inspiring of tyres.

So been thinking of a pair from the following.

Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa.
The new Pirelli Diablo Rosso III ????
Metzler Sportec M7 RR.

Your thoughts please folks.

All of the above are excellent tyres and perform beyond the ability of most of us. It comes down to a personal feel. My first choice is usually always Michelin as I've tried most options out there and Michelin just do what I want always. Pilot power 3 is what I have on the Monster. They will suit your requirements, or the Metzeler M7RR has some fantastic feedback too and will suit the bike and use you want. The Corsa is also very highly rated for feel and fast road/track use.

I've recently fitted Michelin Pilot Power 2tc's seem great to me, light weight construction should help too, Bitza

I love Pilot Power 2CTs too, I've used Diabolo Rosso Corsas and they're pretty similar in performance, maybe a little more confidence inspiring on track (maybe it's just my imagination) but the lack of tread at the shoulder means I wouldn't want to use them in the wet and since I ride the same bike on the road, I'll stick with the Michelin. Didn't really like the Rosso III as much.
I've also recently started using (Diamond) tyre warmers on trackdays and the tyres are definitely looking better for it, so I imagine the warmers will pay for themselves quite quickly.

I have ordered the Rosso Corsa's, should be getting fitted next week, as this is the state of my rear at the moment.

I think the new rosso corsa 3's are out! Might be a better option than the 2's

I've got Metzeler Roadtec 01s on mine. They're great all round but a revelation in the wet.
