Worth checking Ebay as there was one on last week, but its gone now I think.

There's this which may fit:

Always found oem touring one very comfy and sporty look with red stitching. For that price I would customise oem stock one.

Yea, A s/hand Corbin will set you back about £200 as they're nearly twice that new!

Cheapest complete option is the DP Touring Seat. Second hand I would expect to pay about £130. New they are £175. The Corbin and Sargent are a lot more expensive. Even second hand they usually cost more than a new DP Touring Seat.

Alternatively you could get your existing seat reshaped and refoamed.

The price I paid 7 years ago for a touring seat is around £140 so £170 isn't dear. Scrambler seats are all ( that's 4 versions plus a luxury one ) are £146 each. I bought a secondhand as new DP solo carbon fibre one for £250 list price was £650. It was a Carbon Vanni wider intakes version seat cowel and number boards painted on in pearl white to match the tank. It had the touring foam and was comfy but as the low seat material begins to fail and falls off in general wear. Alcantara it wasn't but looked damn nice.
Secondhand low seats tend to go for around £70 usually.

DP seat at £175 new seems reasonable but does it cure the slight discomfort in the gentlemans area ?

That seating position will always be an issue. It's the angle of the dangle of subframe. Even worse with pillion.
It's made with memory foam that one or at least more dense anyhow

I had the DP Touring Seat on my M1100 and M1100evo. I rode over 30,000 miles on it. I found the stock seat so uncomfortable that after 45 minutes I'd want to get off the bike. I have ridden for 12-13 hours on the touring seat with only brief stops for fuel, drink and sandwiches.

The Touring Seat doesn't totally cure the gentlemens area discomfort. Heavy braking is always going to push you into the tank. I found the level of discomfort varied depending upon the clothing that I wore. A good pair of proper cycling shorts underneath your riding gear provides a good amount of padding in appropriate areas. That's what I wore for all my long distance riding.

Other than the gentlemens area discomfort the Touring Seat is much better overall for general comfort. However be aware that other aspects of the bike's ergonomics can make a significant difference to the seat comfort. The stock bar position on the evo (20mm higher than the M1100) resulted in too much weight on my backside giving me a numb bum in about an hour with the Touring Seat. Just lowering the bars by 20mm cured that issue by shifting some of my weight forwards allowing me to ride for two hours without discomfort.
