As Simon is recovering from his op, he has asked me to run the Hants/Wilts area until he recovers quickly, and this weekend I have the freedom of two wheels!

If anyone fancies a ride out,we will be at The Haven (SP5 1ST) at 10, bite to eat and then we'll head somewhere for a ride, destination unknown

Complete bummer for me I'm afraid. Went out today for a ride down to Crescent Motorcycles, came back through Salisbury and across to Warminster, noticed it shimmying as it crossed the white lines under power, and sure enough when I got back the rear tyre was showing the cord on a strip about 6 inches long down the middle. Got a new one ordered for next week but that's me off the bike until the new tyre goes on. Tomorrow looks like it'll be every bit as nice as today too. I could come in the car but can't do the ride, which is gutting. Dunno what to say!!
