Still very new to motorbiking, but very happy owner of Ducati Monster! Passed my licence very recently, so still trying getting used to... Really looking forward to a nice weather, so I can do rides and meet new friends! Welcome to the forum from a fellow M696 owner. Great first bike, and great bike all round.

If you want to get out and meet folks, as well as the London meet tomorrow, there's normally a lot going on in Kent - they're planning a fish & chip run to the coast on 9 April (http://ukmonster.co.uk/monster/showthread.php?t=53424)

If you fancy a trip a bit further afield, the annual UKMOC weekender will be in mid-Wales this year, over the early May bank holiday weekend (http://ukmonster.co.uk/monster/showthread.php?t=52756). If you want any more info about it, just ask.
