Been reading various threads for a few months, especially Albie's so I now am obsessed with little elephants too!

Anyway, bought a new toy after fancying a monster since, well about 1993! Currently concentrating on getting it cleaned and safe/reliable to use this season. Replaced fuel lines, changed a leaking fork seal and got the brake light working.

It had KPH clocks, so have chaged those for MPH set which had almost the correct odometer reading, bought the mirrors and spent stacks on spares and original bits as I'll restore it at some stage!

Cheers for all the info. I've already gleamed on here! Nick

Nick, welcome to the forum and nice to see another M900 being used.
Albie and others are an amazing font of knowledge if you need it.

Keep a look on the events section , like the club get together in mid-Wales , April 30th/May 1st.

Greetings Ambo
Nice to see another early m900 in the club.

It looks like a '94 from your photo: same as Albie's.

That's early enough for a good dose of elefants, plus the original details like the fuel filter mount and 888 type rear hugger.

See you around when the sun shines.

Thanks chaps! Hoping to get over to the weekender for a few hours on the Friday, nice run out from here!

It is registered in '94. Interesting about the 888 hugger as that's one bit I'm after. It's got a carbon one now, as per front mudguard and clutch cover. The clutch cover has a Ducati logo, so I wonder if that's a genuine part...

Plan is to leave the carbon bits on and assemble the other bits for another time.

Welcome along- It seems more and more people are favouring the old 900's.
Now you need to get hold of another 'hoop' to paint yellow and pay homage to where it all began.
