A bit of a noob question, but what are the differences between sport and touring rearsets? :dunce:

It would be helpful if you posted pictures of, or at least links to, the rearsets in question.

Just guessing... touring are less agressive = not as 'rear' and/or not as low.

Ok, here are links to the 2 types.

https://www.designcorse.com/products/sports-821-1200-rearsets?variant=4233548353 (Sport)

I appreciate your guess but want to know the differences before deciding to part with my money, so please can you comment if you know the difference, not just guess. Thank You.

Looks to be mostly the passenger foot rest position and the £360 price difference which for me would be enough to say ''If it's that uncomfortable £360 gets you quite a long way by bus- see you there!!''

I am sure if you email Design Corse they will be able to give dimensions etc. to make a more informed choice between the two.

Now that you've told us which products you were asking about,I can qualify my comment by telling you that they are the same for the rider, but the passenger pegs are different.

Another guess, if I may, the passenger pegs on the Sport were too high and they have introduced a new Touring version - selling the Sport at reduced prices.

Best part of a grand for some footrests, or probably 10% of the bikes purchase price = crazy :0

I find that a coach bolt with a piece of garden hose pushed over, makes a good footrest.

Bit posh with your garden hose aren't you ;)
