Managed out on the bike yesterday for a wee run down to the seaside. It was a balmy 13 degrees!

No salt on the roads whatsoever after all this rain

Looks like it could get a little salty when the tide is in though?...:chuckle:

It is remarkable though..where is that Alan?...Seems that the warm air is getting well North too...

Have a paddle, did you ?

Here in the midlands today its a clear blue sky and dazzling sun.
Ok its midday, but it feels as balmy as an early morning in summer.
And I rode the bike over Christmas, 150 miles of which only 5 were wet.
But there's so little salt around that I haven't even washed it yet.
As a biker, I'm loving this global warming ......:look:

That was me down at the seaside town of Ayr - going by the amount of sand I think it might have been the result of storm Eva (was that the E storm??!!). Storm "Frank" on its way tonight apparently, although I'm looking out at blue sky's and double digit temp again today.........now I wonder if I've got time for a quick blast before the next storm rolls in.......gotta love the global warming:D

I thought that was Ayr! Spent many a day wedging myself in the Wendy House slide thing to hide from my parents beside the Pavillion as a kid :D

Funnily enough I was in the Pavilion Cafe yesterday - best coffee and cake ever!
