Front m600 top yoke mount indicators

I've noticed a lot of monsters have had their original top yoke mount indicators replaced with items that thread through the headlight bracket. Is there a particular reason why this mod is so popular? I'm looking to return mine to standard as one of the indicators on my new monster is broken so it seems like a good opportunity to do so. The mounting bolts in the top yoke are both sheared off so that will be fun drilling them out.
I've seen new indicators for £10 each on eBay, but I can't find the required yoke mounts to go with them. Can anyone help?
I can leave the rears for now as they are aftermarket but in good working order.

Why not?

I dont have standard screen
OEM indicators are naff

I fitted Alloy bodied ones which go with my bikes theme of polished or satin alloy
- no engine, fork or swing arm paint etc.
- maybe metal polished wheels in next incarnation too

Did you ever get this sorted ?
I may have a full set of older style, square indicators, including the brackets.
